Teacher Feature September 8th
Resource Room Instructor
Three years ago after working in public education for 34 years as a special education teacher at all levels, I retired. I worked in Kingman, Norwich, and Cheney during my teaching career. My husband, Dennis, decided I needed a part-time job. I had always joked that when I was retired from teaching I would work at St. Patrick's and so my dream job came true! I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to work with students and NOT have paperwork to complete each and every day. I have two grown sons Dustin and Darrin that also are educators. They both are teaching 5th grade this year. They also coach at their schools. I have two very talented daughters-in laws. I am a grandmother to two granddaughters and soon to be three grandsons. I enjoy collecting children's books, bears, and antiques. I love working in my flower beds and quilting.
